The 3000 Series is available with varying degrees of skid resistance, from smooth sealed finish to aggressive texture for wet process areas. The system is easily applied as a slurry to a minimum of 1/4" thickness. It is a durable system, easily cleaned using high-pressure wash down, with excellent resistance to most acids, caustics, detergents, and other corrosive materials. It is USDA accepted for use in food plants. It will generally harden to foot traffic after 6-8 hours, and has maximum chemical resistance after 48 hours of cure time (at 75°F).
